Intake
A brief, quiet conversation about what you have tried, what you have not, and what concerns you. No clipboard interrogation. No rush.

Consultation
Dr. Brown, in the room, the entire time. She reads your face — muscle bulk, brow position, midface support, lid aperture, skin quality — before naming any procedure.

Plan
A written treatment plan, against your anatomy and your goal. Or — if you are not a candidate — a written non-treatment plan and the better alternative.

Pricing
Discussed in the room, against the plan, in writing. Once. No package theater, no bundle pressure, no surprise add-ons at checkout.

Next visit
Booked before you leave, with the same physician. The hand that placed the unit is the hand that sees the result.
